Sensitivity studies are used to evaluate measuring instruments and assess their ability to capture differences in measurements takenthe same object at different times ordifferent objects at the same time. The Longitudinal Bond Evaluative Matrix (MAVIL) is a method for evaluating care in Primary Health Care. It is based on the concept of longitudinal bond, consisting of three dimensions: recognition of the team as a regular source of care, interpersonal relationship between professional and patient, and continuity of information,which the indicators are derived. Objective: To study the degree of the sensitivity of the MAVIL method. Method: A descriptive analysis of the data and a hypothesis test of equality of sample means were performed when applying the MAVIL in two UBS in Dourados. These results were compared with the results of a previous application in two UBS in Rio de Janeiro. Results: For Dimension 1, three of the four UBS had equivalent results. For dimension 2, the UBS in Rio de Janeiro presented similar values, and in Dourados, significant differences. For Dimension 3, the performance was low in both locations. Considerations: The results indicated MAVIL's ability to identify differences in the degree of bond between UBS.

Análise da sensibilidade da Matriz Avaliativa do Vínculo Longitudinal na Atenção Primária à Saúde (MAVIL)
Abstract(resumo):
O estudo de sensibilidade é utilizado para avaliar instrumentos de medição e averigua a capacidade destes instrumentos em captar diferenças em medidas tomadas de um mesmo objeto em períodos distintos ou em objetos distintos no mesmo tempo. A Matriz Avaliativa do Vínculo Longitudinal (MAVIL) consiste em método para avaliar o cuidado na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Tem por base o conceito de vínculo longitudinal, constituído de três dimensões: reconhecimento da equipe como fonte regular de cuidados, relação interpessoal profissional/paciente e continuidade da informação, das quais derivam os indicadores. Objetivo: Estudar o grau de sensibilidade do método MAVIL. Método: Realizou-se a análise descritiva dos dados e o teste de hipótese de igualdade das médias amostrais da aplicação da MAVIL em duas UBS de Dourados. Estes resultados foram cotejados com os resultados de aplicação anterior, em duas UBS do Rio de Janeiro. Resultados: Para a Dimensão 1, das quatro UBS, três tiveram resultados equivalentes. Para a dimensão 2 as UBS do Rio de Janeiro apresentaram valores próximos e, em Dourados, diferenças significativas. Para a Dimensão 3 o desempenho foi baixo em ambas as localidades. Considerações: Os resultados indicaram a capacidade da MAVIL em identificar diferenças no grau de vínculo entre UBS.
