0180/2024 - DES-REORGANIZATION OF THE WORK PROCESSES OF THE DENTIST IN THE FAMILY HEALTH STRATEGY IN TIMES OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC DES-RE-ORGANIZAÇÃO DOS PROCESSOS DE TRABALHO DO CIRURGIÃO-DENTISTA NA ESTRATÉGIA SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA DA COVID-19
The COVID-19 pandemic led the Unified Health System (SUS), coordinated by Primary Health Care, to redesign itself. In this sense, the Municipal Health Foundation of Teresina-PI established the Dental Care Protocol in the Context of the COVID-19 Pandemic. This study aimed to analyze the work process of dental surgeons (DC) of the Family Health Strategy (ESF) of Teresina-PI. This is a study with a qualitative approach, supported by the theory of Complex Thinking, whose data production took place through semi-structured interviews with CDs who work at the ESF in Teresina-PI. The participants were chosen for convenience, the theoretical saturation criterion was adopted to delimit the sample and Content Analysis was used for data processing. The results showed that confronting the pandemic required substantial changes in the way health care was provided and reorganization of the entire care network. It was possible to capture elements that permeated the adaptations of the ESF CD work process due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The work of this professional on several fronts in the fight against the virus was commendable and contributed to strengthening the network in this fight.

DES-RE-ORGANIZAÇÃO DOS PROCESSOS DE TRABALHO DO CIRURGIÃO-DENTISTA NA ESTRATÉGIA SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA DA COVID-19
Abstract(resumo):
A pandemia da COVID-19 levou o Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), coordenado pela Atenção Primária à Saúde, a se redesenhar. Nesse sentido, a Fundação Municipal de Saúde de Teresina-PI estabeleceu o Protocolo de Atendimento Odontológico no Contexto da Pandemia da COVID-19. Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar o processo de trabalho dos cirurgiões-dentistas (CD) da Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) de Teresina-PI. Trata-se de estudo com abordagem qualitativa, sustentada pela teoria do Pensamento Complexo, cuja produção de dados se deu por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com CD que atuam na ESF em Teresina-PI. A escolha dos participantes foi por conveniência, para delimitação da amostra foi adotado o critério de saturação teórica e utilizou-se a Análise de Conteúdo para tratamento de dados. Os resultaram apontaram que o enfrentamento da pandemia careceu de mudanças substanciais na forma como os cuidados de saúde foram prestados e reorganização de toda rede assistencial. Foi possível captar elementos que permearam as adaptações do processo de trabalho do CD da ESF em virtude da pandemia da COVID-19. A atuação deste profissional em diversas frentes no combate ao vírus foi medida elogiável e contribuiu para o fortalecimento da rede nessa luta.
